Secrets in a box collects player data relevant to the game, and every player has the right to request access to that data under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Unnecessary data is never collected. We comply with all local laws and you can find more information in the Privacy Policy. This policy describes what data is collected about you, how it is used, and how you can manage it.
To request a copy of your player data, send us a request from our
contact form and write this exact phrase (only in English), "Please send me my data". In your message be sure to include your email address and clearly state what your request is.
You may also request that your player data be deleted. Please be aware that if you request the deletion of your player data, your game will no longer be recoverable at a later date, all credits from your account will be lost and all data will be lost.
To make this request for data deletion tap the Delete account button from the My account page.
Once you have made this request your account will be locked immediately and your data will be deleted within 28 days.
We are still required to maintain records of certain data to comply with other legal obligations.
